ULTRABOY
I created this little character with heavy inspiration (both in name and design) from Mega Man, one of my all-time favorite video game characters, then used him in a short little animation to introduce my 2016 animation reel.
This piece reflects everything I've learned in my motion design and animation career - pacing, timing, character animation, on to 3D design, modeling, texturing, rendering, compositing, and everything in between. The character of Ultra Boy represents me, breaking through barriers of knowledge and reaching new levels of understanding. I hope to continue learning and growing with experience for the rest of my life!
